I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. I've been having excruciating pain in my leg for months and made an appointment with Dr. Fred Flandry. They took $50 upfront to do an exray and then a practitioner nurse came in to tell me they were making me another appointment for an MRI, which could have been done the same day to prevent two different copays. They rescheduled me an appointment for the MRI and an hour before my appointment they call and tell me the machine is broke down and reschedule me again, not once was it ever mentioned that I need to bring $550 with me for an MRI until the day before my appointment on a voicemail. I call back to see why so much with my extremely good insurance and get no call back! And the front desk receptionist had an attitude bc I couldn't remember my doctor's name. I never met him! The staff there have no remorse for your pain and only want to see your money!!!

Great clinic arrived early and was checked in all went well was very smooth did not have to wait very long in the lobby I was seen by Dr. Watson and his nurses, had some x-rays done of my heel and everything went very very well I felt like I was treated with professionalism like I expected I have a follow up with him and was given some physical therapy appointments and some medication and I will say after one day my heel already feels a lot better I went to Hughston clinic after they had treated my mother when she had a knee that was locked up. She went in in a wheelchair and walked out to her car right after that after seeing Dr. Fernicola, so I would recommend this Clinic to one and all and I look forward to continuing using them as I need them.

I have called the clinic in Dothan, AL 10 times trying to make an appt. I have been connected to what appears to be a fax line and then I have been answered by the automated answering service that requires you leave a message along with your name and number. You can’t do that because the inbox is full and can’t take anymore messages. What kind of bootleg business are they running? It’s not lunchtime during the time that I’m calling so I should Be able to get through to an individual. This is poor business management.

Dr. McGrory has zero bedside manner and very cold. I was getting ready to as a question and he literally told me he had to go because he had to see another patient. He wasn't in the room 5 minutes. He does not document anything while he is in the room with you. His nurse told me he waits until the end of the day to do it. That would explain his inaccurate documention on my medical records. He gave the impression that he could care less about me. I will never go there again. I called the practice administrator in Columbus and left 2 voicemails to complain and correct my medical records. I have yet to receive a return call. My next step is to go to the state board and then AMA if I don't get a call back soon.
