Friendly staff. Quiet area. Not too far from anything (Ft Rucker and the main shopping area of Enterprise.) But you probably knew about that already.nnWhat really sets this apartment complex apart is the proactive nature of the staff, all while not being intrusive. If you are military, which you probably are, then you are probably accustomed to waiting for anything to get done, most commonly AC repair.nnI personally know several people who fought for a very long time to get their AC repaired (including at the on base housing provided here) and can tell you that this is not the case here.nnFor example, the maintenance crew noticed an issue with the outside unit, before I was even aware of a large issue, and they immediately checked all of the affected apartment units. When they replaced some older parts and determined that they will need to get a specialist for the unit for it to be repaired, they immediately offered me a window unit for the time being.nnThat may not be important to a lot of people, but I can assure you that this is the first place I have heard of where I have been that offers a temporary solution while you await the permanent fix. I would always recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a stress free place to stay.nnThe issue was resolved in less than 4 hours.

The front office works very hard n still has a good attitude. Professional and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. Will rent again when I come back to the area.

If you aren't lazy and want to live somewhere nice for cheap, this is the place for you. If you want to have clutter on your balcony, furniture blocking your doorways and never change your air filter, go live somewhere else.nnThe ladies working in the clubhouse are awesome. We've lived here over a year and they've always been attentive and we've had even our smallest maintenance requests addresses by the next day. The grounds crew keeps this place pristine. We love it here.nnOther Notes:n- Yes, all the equipment in the 15' x 15' workout room was broken last time I checked. Don't move here for that.n- The pool has an ungodly amount of rules, but is so nice to have.n- If you want a pet, make sure you know the rules in advance and that there's a large fee.n- We fully expect to have to pay to replace carpet in a couple rooms when we move out. Thus is life.n- I'm pretty sure they give you 1 can of paint when you move out to fix marks on the walls. No worries there.n- Oh yeah. It does smell like chicken poop every now and then from a farm over the hill. It's not often though. Maybe 1-2 days out of the month?nnIn summary: The complex owner seems to be OCD about having a ton of rules. But it serves the purpose of keeping the place nice. We love it here and would choose to live here again in a heartbeat.

I would recommend Madison Park Apartments to anybody looking for a great place to live. The location is great, and the onsite staff is wonderful. The property managers will bend over backwards to help with any issues and the maintenance is very quick to fix any problems that arise. The price is very fair for all the layouts that they offer. My overall experience is very good. I highly recommend.

The good thing about these apartments is they were new and clean; however, whenever you step outside you'd instantly smell the neighboring farms manure every day. Also while they are very friendly and helpful when you are living there they will absolutely charge you when you move out.
