I have been working out there for about a year. I love the atmosphere as well as the other members and staff. Everyone there is great. I can't imagine working out anywhere else.
J is the best coach ever!!!
The best part of this gym is the on-hands training and community. The trainers focus on injury prevention and teaching the basics in order to have a strong foundation in fitness. The community is filled with fun loving supportive friends that welcome any and every one! Highly recommend!
