Great place. The gym has more than enough equipment and free weights to get a good hard workout in.
Great customer service, especially for retired veterans. Mostly free weights, but has a smith machine when needed. Plus it's usually empty so you have all of the time in the world to work on that certain machine without anybody rushing you.
Great fitness family! There are enough machines and free weights to get a great workout. It's never crowded.
Great gym with a clean atmosphere and a nice variety of classes/training.
