My experience was a good one. Most people may write a negative report over a small mix up. I originally was given the wrong room but the staff was great a fix it immediately with a great and apologetic attitude.nMy room was wonderful and relaxing. Will definitely stay there again.

Had a duplicate reservation here due to a third party site and they fixed it completely. Friendly, courteous staff. Spotless rooms. Feels like a nice apartment building. Absolutely wonderful place to stay.

The whole experience here was extraordinary. It was very easy checking in and getting our room. The place was very clean. The whole staff and team made the experience feel more at home. They are such amazing people and each and everyone of them went out of their way to help us. The entire front desk, bartenders, cooks, valet, and shuttle team were so special. Without them our stay wouldn't have been as amazing as it was. Thank you Elena, Leonel, Alex, Javier, Brianna, Dayron, and Johnny for being you! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back :)
