Matt has the worst possible customer service skills in the city of Boston. He’s the tall pale guy with a huge beard but honestly no matter how psychologically imprinting his stature is I’ll never forget his tone and choice of words. Matt was rude, inconsiderate, and condescending. I promise I’ll never again spend money or recommend anyone to come to this place as long as he’s employed there.
4 stars only because we new the ORIGINAL OWNERS. They were our 5 star because they did so much for the neighborhood.nHaven't seen much of that from this one butthe service and owners are nice and have hired a few from our community
I went there to buy a few bottles to honor Alex Trebek who just passed away but I couldn’t even buy more than one because of how rude the cashier was. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible and spend my money at another liquor store down the street. Can I get “never coming back for $2000” ???
Nice selection of inexpensive but tasty wines. Lots of beers too! They could use more Bourbon choices though.
The workers was nice place in shelves was well-stocked
