The best station on the MBTA network. It is not handicap accessible and has the second lowest number of boardings in the network, at 44 weekly average boardings.

I love to run on the trail because of it's nice view of nature and the friendly people you can meet on it.

The only Ashmont-Mattapan station that is not accessible. One of the two stations that is next to the railroad crossing. The other is Central Avenue.
