It's a nice library but since when were libraries no longer a quiet place?? I came here hoping to get some work done but the staff is so chatty and loud that I could not even concentrate. I was better off going to a noisy coffee shop. I haven't been to a library in about a decade but it was jarring to realize that the noise level was not conducive to being able to actually hear your own thoughts. There should be a policy that people have to whisper in the library.
This library is never open! Theres nothing wrong with the inside its just the limited hours of operation. Thomas crane is always open.
Staff are really friendly. Good place to work
Seems old comparing to the BPL on Boylston St but it doesn't not matter because at the end it is still a nice place to work. Restrooms are cleans and employees are really nice, easily willing to help you! Plus this is a calm place.
All staffs are well behavior. Responsible manager also helpful for everybody . Over all very good.
