Even though they are not busy several times, I have had long wait times for food they should already of had cooked. Employees seem to be joking and playing around more than working. Food is good as most all KFC'S but I dont see a professional work environment at this location.

This place has the best KFC better than Dorhan,Al and better than columbus,GanWe drive from Eufaula,Al just to get some.good KFC and it's worth it.
Got a crispy chicken sandwich, chicken was very tough. Had the same menu item at the store on veterans Pkwy a week or so ago and it was delicious. Must be this location in phenix city
