This was a perfect spot for us to celebrate our anniversary! If there was a flaw with our experience, I couldn't find one.nAfter parking in one of the reserved spots on Bay Ave and walking in, the courteous hostess was able to quickly lead us to our table in farmhouse inspired decor. Our waitress, Michelle, was excellent. She was laid back, friendly, and knowledgeable, and was never pushy or overbearing.nWe started with appetizers, which were promptly enjoyed by us. My wife loved the biscuits and apple butter while I was a fan of the smoked chicken legs with the ghost pepper sauce.nOur entrees were equally delicious! The snapper with pecans and root vegetable hash was a fantastic meal for my wife and the shepherd's pie was exactly what I had been wanting for a long while.nWe ended the meal with a tasty cappuccino and shared the bananas foster cheesecake. The last time we had something similar was at Emeril's in New Orleans, and I think this blew it away, taste-wise.nI highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for a refined yet casual dinner in a great spot downtown.

I have gone multiple times, my order was not satisfactory and the owner Michael immediately made it right that night and for a future visit. We waited as expected on a Saturday night and as a restaurant Manager myself, I watched Michael again gracefully communicate with a large party who had been waiting for some time to be seated. Great communication, great hospitality and customer service from him and his staff. Food is awesome! Easily one of my favorite places to eat in Columbus!

This was an awesome experience. The rusty c yet elegant atmosphere was very relaxing and a inviting. The food presentations were gorgeous. The bone in pork chop was the best chop I have ever had. The oyster appetizer was excellent. Finished it off with the best cheese cake served with banana slices and glazed pecans just lovelyud83dudc4d. This venue is worth more than 5 stars. The service is impeccable and everyone made you feel welcome and appreciated. Great job to all of you. We will back.

The service was amazing. I reserved a table, went to the restaurant at the designated time and was greeted and seated at the time of arrival. Once seated, the server came out, she was amazing, the advertiser was amazing, we had the Green Tomatoes with a nice jam like spread. The Steak dinner was awesome and the Celery Root & Turnip Root was something different but it tasted like mashed potatoes. I don't eat spinach but even that was awesome. The whole experience was great. My husband and I had the chance to meet Mike and his wife Heather, the chef and their daughter. I would recommend everyone to go there and enjoy a nice dinner in a good environment. The service was great, the food awesome and the service spot on. My husband and I will be returning. Keep up the great work team!

The service, food, and atmosphere was stellar. I would take someone there if I wanted to impress them any day! I had the oysters, beef short rib, coconut cream cake, cappuccino. All fantastic and would highly recommend. Would love to have tried the aged steak. Next time!
