I have never been so disappointed with a food business in my life! I have worked in food for years and have worked with customers for years and have never seen some people so rude and ugly when they are the ones who messed up my order had me wait for almost a hour for a order that should take maybe 15 minutes! I spent $30.00 dollars and on my first visit at that to be that disappointed in the service/food and for the owner /manager to tell me there isn't anything they could do at all. That is so sorry and poor of a business owner to do that to a paying customer! Ill never be back and will never refer anyone to spend their money there either!
Ordered two Philly’s with wings combo and instead of the philly they gave me rice. I shouldn’t have to check the food at all. It should have been correct. I had my toddler and I can only do so much.
They take the term “fast food” very seriously, hints the reason things always get left out of my order every time I come. Fries aren’t even subpar. Wings look like they pick em off the chicks rather the chickens.
This place, in my humble opinion, has the best tasting Wings, chicken fingers, and fish you can get from a single place. The batter on the chicken fingers alone is worth the price. You should go here as often as you can. And be nice.
Staff was rude, vile and vulgar. In addition to an altogether terrible experience, the services provided by the cook and the cashier were both offensive and disrespectful. They left out a large part of my order and had a policy in place to prevent me from receiving my food or money in compensation. The establishment itself was unsanitary and rather disgusting to say the least. If I could give negative stars I would indeed do so. Do not spend money here. These were people are the worst sort of degenerates I have ever experience and to all people who read this review take my word that you will not get a pleasant experience at this restaurant.
