I had the best customer service at the Subway located in Fort Mitchell, AL. They were friendly, helpful, and did a great job with my sandwiches. I had to pick up a catering order for some important soldiers and also ordered some subs for myself and my children. ud83dude01The soldiers were happy and satisfied with the subs as well! I want to say Thank you ud83dude0a Subway for the fantastic customer service and bringing a smile to my face during these difficult times in the year 2020! God bless you all and I look forward to doing business with you again.

Food usually taste good but today Saturday 16 May 2020 it tasted very weird. We ordered 2 salads at 0630 pm. I thought it was just me but the other salad tasted bad too like metallic taste of some sorts. Everyone had to throw their salads away. The owner wasn’t around to complain. Watch your crew Sir and what they’re serving your customers. The food wasn’t right on this shift. Real nasty. ud83eudd22
