Terrible customer service. Lost a customernnEdit. Thank you for response.nNever got to become a customer, upon inquiry of your services I was told I could be helped only to arrive to find that wasn't the case due to a policy recently put in place. I'd be happy to use your services, but the initial interaction was very off putting.
