My doctors were very caring and helpful along with a few of the nurses especially Lee lee she is God sent!!!! She made me believe there is hope and to never stop trying I'm staying sober like I promised I know I let myself down by not finishing the program but I'm keeping my promise to stay sober. wish I would have stayed I regret leaving it was becoming a home I never had and it was making me sad bc it was only gonna be a few days bc I have no insurance I fell in love here it's amazing also Caroline is amazing to and caring

The Bradley Center was not helpful. I was so drugged up that I wasn't able to attend the required therapy courses. I was told to eat my whole plate even when I wanted to request an Ensure drink. I felt very sick after my discharge. I will not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. The staff was rude and the patience we're too.

Honestly, the facility itself was not the best when I went (2017) but there was some pretty cool staff, and the people I met were fantastic. Ms. Chanel and Dr. Ellis played a huge part in me feeling comfortable during my stay. The beds were surprisingly comfortably for it to be a mental ward. The food was awful and the bathrooms were a bit iffy. But overall, it was an okay experience.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The staff is horrible and RUDE!!! I was told to call and ask for the day room to speak to patient. So I did just that. Every time I call I get lectured by staff about hippa violations etc... ALL I ASKED FOR WAS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE DAY ROOM, LIKE I WAS TOLD!!!! I've also been hung up on. I cannot believe this place hasn't been audited. Everyone needs to be replaced by people who actually want to work there. How in the hell are people suffering from depression/suicide/addictions supposed to get help in a place full of hateful disrespectful staff?! Disgusting!

My son came here and this is THE MOST GHETTO unorganized place one could think of. It took all day to get back some medicine
