Malpractice. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, lazy people. STAY AWAY. Dr. Hunt Rheumatology should be closed. I’ve called EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. for 6 weeks. My insurance company has called multiple times per day, every day, FOR SIX WEEKS. I’m overdue for my medication & they can’t even pick up the phone or return calls. Trust me & DO NOT go here.

Would give Zero stars if that was an option. I called two weeks ahead and waited on the phone for about 15 minutes to schedule an initial appointment (as a new patient) with this clinic. I was given an appointment for March 30th, at 9:30. I arranged my (very busy) schedule and took time off work to attend this appointment. I get to the facility and turns out my appointment was never scheduled. The receptionist, with no care in the world tells me that she needs all my personal information, and that she will schedule me for a future appointment. No explanation, no apology, nothing.nI told her to forget it. I’m at a loss of words for the disrespect and the inconsideration I am livid. She could care less that I just wasted my morning. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have had my fair share of poor customer service, but this one takes the win.

Rhuematologist Office is terrible. I was referred and it took over a week to even get a person on the phone. And once I did they said they had so many referrals they wouldn’t even look to see if they have received mine. Literally the laziest office ever. According to their online schilling they don’t even have appts available for over 3 months. The nurse that finally answered said getting the first appt is a process but wouldn’t even schedule an appt. pathetic. I feel sorry for anybody that has to deal with this office.
