Great experience! Did a group session of hot yoga and was very impressed with the class. Store front is in downtown right in the commercial district. Easy to find. Very clean and inviting. Studio is small but professional. Instructor was laid back and informative. She did a great job tailoring the class to the level of the most basic student. Most of all I felt great afterwards. I suffer from a lot of chronic pain from normal life stuff. After a session here, I felt great all day. Plan to go back again. Definitely worth your time, go check it out.
I originally wrote a one star review for them after we had a bad experience with a gift package I bought for my wife. As we were moving out of town, they refunded the package and sought to congratulate us on the birth of our daughter.nnIt’s clear this team is devoted to the community and to improving as a group.
Glenn is probably the best at fixing any problem there is with your body. I ask for him specifically every time and he has me feeling brand new after every massage. Definitely the right place to go.
The best studio I’ve experienced, bar none! Erika and her staff are extremely experienced and provide personalized instruction in classes of up to about 20 people. As a military service member, I had several unique muscular/skeletal imbalances that limited my range of motion and flexibility and caused localized pain. Through Erika’s body lab diagnosis, we were able to get after the root causes of the issues which dramatically increased my quality of life! Thank you so much!
Had been having problems with my neck leading to headaches and fatigue. As well as old shoulder problems. Glenn was the masseuse I saw, and he did an amazing job. His knowledge of the body was very insightful. He has also fixed my wife's neck and had done plenty of work on my friend. Will be going back.
