Everthing is good. But the Covid testing collection box is not cleaned. So every test taker touches the box. Then No one wipes off the box surface. No wipes or gloves provided. No reminder to us when we book an appointment and they don’t provide wipes either. Scary.

I called this pharmacy tonight (after 10:00 p.m.) to check on the price and readiness of a prescription. The first time the foreign speaking pharmacist ( I listed that only for identifying purposes) answered the phone with a lengthy speech that was inaudible and stated there was 6 callers ahead of me. I thought it was an automated message, until I rethought- I had just gotten through past their automated system. I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes then hung up on. She never, ever heard my voice. Just controlled me not be able to let my request be known, or to at least respond to her.nI called right back. Same thing again, she gave a speech as though she was a prerecorded message, and just that quick within 1 minute, she said, “You have ABOUT (keyword about) 10 callers ahead of you.nI hung up that time, and took the drive to get my meds after an urgent care visit I had earlier. There was absolutely NO ONE in the pharmacy, or at the window, and she and a tech working. I mentioned this to the tech working tonight, and she just ignored what I said.nAs a future clinician in training, this is HORRIBLE ethics, horrible customer service, and doesn’t match with best care practices especially for the pharmacist of ALL employees working tonight. CVS, your location here should do better! If she is overworked, I’m sure there are others who’d appreciate her job right now in this economy. And if the tech does not enjoy working with the public OR has the appropriate interpersonal skills, there are others I AM FOR CERTAIN of who NEED a job.nThere are 0 excuses to behave this way in any facet of medicine.

I love this pharmacy! Sometimes the wait is a little longer (however i'm sure that is due to the fact that they're one of few 24/7 pharmacies in columbus, and they're RIGHT NEXT TO A HOSPITAL) but they're always so friendly! Very helpful and efficient. I will always use this pharmacy!

Customer service is lacking at this CVS Cashier Name Emily has a very rude attitude. I came in very polite asking do they offer cash back. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and said yea I guess so. I asked her excuse me?!?? Then she responds with “ugh how much you need” I said $100. Her reply was oh no I can’t do that and walked away to tell a coworker “Girl I hate when people come in asking for large amounts of cash back like we’re a ATM!” So I ask for her name and ask was there a ATM near by then left. I will be speaking to corporate about her poor customer service performance.

My scripts was filled very fast, l had my mask own and no wait.
