Jim came out and talked through the whole installation with me the same day I called their office. Very friendly and professional and kept a responsible distance while wearing a mask. Adam and the crew showed up the following week, on time as promised. They epoxy coated my 2 car garage concrete floor with a granite look and a 10 year guarantee. It looks fabulous and the piece of mind that my garage floor will stay in good shape for a long time is great.
Hard to imagine that there could be a more professional or knowledgeable epoxy floor contractor in New England. I've been researching these specialized floors on my own and wanted professional results beyond what the kits from Big Box stores could deliver. Jim was able to prepare an estimate for my basement floor while on the phone with me in about 15 minutes. He provided color samples and explained the process in thorough detail. Best of all, Jim stands behind his work. Highly recommend!

I had my garage done about three years ago - needed a repair - I called and emailed and texted for three years to have my floor repaired. It has a TEN YEAR guarantee per the owner Jim! Not a response—- i would say and i would suggest never working with this business. I have recommended Boston Garage in Hanover to friends and they do a great job-show up, show back up if there is a problem!
