Omar and Jose were great and very thorough with my home inspection. Jose walked me through everything during the inspection to make sure I understood everything. I had a 50 page report the next day with detailed descriptions, recommendations, and photos. They also followed up after I received the report to make sure I didn't have any further questions. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with their home inspection. Super skilled while reasonably priced! Omar is a pleasure to deal with and easy to talk to. Fast response time to kick off the job. And the most important part is the report. It was the most comprehensive document I've seen in a long while. It was color coded for the most and the least important repairs with suggestions what to do about them. It was so easy to get through that I felt like I was reading “Simple Living” magazine.
Omar and his team are really great home inspectors! Very informative inspections are super helpful to buyers, especially first-time homebuyers who may need a lesson on their first house.
