ATM would not work. It took my check that I was depositing & wouldn’t give me a deposit validation, so I decided to go inside. It was closed. Sign said to go thru drive Thur. I have been sitting this line all the way out to the street for 25 minutes & not one car has gone through. No one will answer the phone. Seems like they need more employees. What happened to service?

Can't get anyone on the telephone you can them and they put you hold. Called on 03-16-2021 got tired of being on hold.

To much information needed, employees were laughing and talking instead of doing their jobs and rude to customers!!

Worst teller service through the drive thru! It took for ever and they didn’t except my out of state I’d even though I have an account with them nor did they count my cash. Just stuck it in an envelope and gave it to me. I’m new to the area so I’ll be looking for another bank that is more professional.

I found a debit card today and I called BB&T bank and let them know who's debit card it was they was nice and friendly and seemed like they were right up on top of it
