I’ve been to and taught at a lot of gyms over the years. I stopped by there yesterday to check it out, for just moving to Boston. The two girls working the desk, were very helpful and friendly.Unlike some PF, e.g. PF wonderland revere, lucky they even acknowledge you when you walkin. The gym was spotless as well as locker room and bathroom. This by far was best PF , I’ve ever been to. I went today for first time, was greeted by Mike the manager.. He was very friendly as well as professional. The rest of the staff as well. Plenty of equipment and space, the layout was incredible. I highly recommend this gym .

Hesitantly signed up for PF Dorchester following the re-opening of gyms and I was beyond impressed. This location is going above and beyond to keep the gym clean. The staff has 100% mask usage and even monitors the members reminding them how to wear a mask properly. Really really impressed and very different than a friends experience at the Downtown Crossing location. Hope they keep up the good work and kudos to the amazing staff.nnUPDATE: while the morning staff is going strong the evening staff seems less serious - even when Mike was in the building. Obvious misuse of masks everywhere with no correction by staff. Mentioned a particular offender to the staff and got a “ugh” response. So disappointed, removed 2 stars.

Not gonna give a low star review because I love this gym, been coming here since before they renovated, they did a great job and the environment is great.nnHowever on the evening of Monday, July 27th the staff did a terrible job at enforcing the mask policy. It was to the point where just before closing, on the second floor there were 5 people with their masks pulled down below their chins. The staff member on duty who was wiping down the machines was actually talking to some of them, seemed as though he knew them, never asked them to pull their masks back up.nnDoesn’t make for the safest environment during the pandemic if the staff is unwilling to enforce the mask rules and makes one question whether or not patronizing during the pandemic is a wise idea. Honestly with how well run this gym is, I expected better.

Great staff, immaculate facility, and great equipment. Mask wearing strictly enforced so I feel safe that I am not bringing anything home to my family.
