Amy and Leo were a true pleasure to work with! We were looking to add a couple of pieces to existing cabinets that were originally installed by In House Kitchen Design, but would be installing the new pieces ourselves. We worked with Amy mostly and she was knowledgeable about what would work, always prompt with responding and went above and beyond to make sure we would get what we were looking for without going over budget. Leo made time to double check that our ideas would work since we would be doing the install, and he definitely didn’t have to do that. The timing that we were quoted was exact, our materials arrived in great condition and we are almost done with the installation process. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Amy and Leo in the future!

In House Kitchen Design is my go to resource for countertops. Great service and competitive pricing. Amy and Leo are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend working with them. They did a beautiful job on a client’s kitchen and mudroom and had some great space planning ideas.

Horrible experience!!! If I could give this company -5 stars I would. I purchased a countertop from this company and they installed a completely different countertop. I reached out to let them know of the mistake and Amy the store clerk told me that it’s what I ordered. I told her that I brought in a sample from a different vendor to match what they had in store if they did not have the same countertop I would have purchased what I wanted from the store where I got the sample from. The store manager Leo called me to explain that they do not have the countertop that I had a sample of in the store so no way I could have ordered it. Again I stated if they did not have the same exact countertop why would I choose a different countertop when I went to four stores to find the one I wanted. The only reason I purchased the countertop from them is because i had also purchased cabinets from them. He continued to go in circles. I told him I spoke with Amy last week and told her if they could not provide me with the countertop before two weeks I would like a refund and I could purchase the countertop from the other vendor because its the same price and perhaps she did not want to lose the business and just ordered the countertop I specifically said I did not like. I told him I simply wanted the original countertop I ordered or a refund so I could purchase it from the other vendor. He told me no, so I have no choice but to file a small claim against the company. All in all I would say purchase your kitchen items from other vendors around Boston.

Leo and his crew did a fantastic job. I have hired many contractors for other projects and Leo and his team at In House Kitchen Design professionalism blew everyone else away. The home came out spectacular and it was done in a very good time frame. Their kitchen cabinet prices are unmatched for the quality and craftsmanship you get. I would hire In House Kitchen Design anytime I have to do any type of remodel.
