This time was easy in and out. We asked about one mattress and then showed the saleman a mattress from the website that was a Black Friday deal. He showed us the exact mattress and said he'd match the online sale price. We were done in 20-25 minutes with free delivery. We've also bought 2 other mattresses from there and they're great.

We had a great experience at this Mattress Firm. Our sales associate Raj was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and show us mattresses that would be a good fit. Store has great COVID safeguards including a mask requirement, sanitizer, and disposable covers to use when trying out mattresses. A couple days after placing our order I noticed a sale on the website that lowered the price for a mattress cover; I called the store and they were able to price-match. Highly recommend.
