Dixie was super nice with my fax needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. J.W. and Dixie pulled all their resources to fix a mistake in the shipping address I was shipping to. They used their own personal time after hours to address my issue, made several phone calls on my behalf, and were able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. In my opinion, they went over and above for me, when they could have just let the package be returned and I would've had to reship. Each interaction I had with them, they were so kind and helpful, even though it was a mistake on my part. Thank you both so so much for all of your help!
