For every mens wearhouse location, I'd say call the customer service to get your things fixed. All operate differently, and these guys didn't take my measurement ( I was present in store) and just asked me a few questions for a rental Tuxedo.nnIf I had to answer questions, why didn't I just do it sitting at home. There was no need to go instore.nnThe Tux came out fine but the whole idea of going in store was to give the measurement which they didn't take it. They even charged me rush fee which i had to call customer care and revert it back.
Just had an awesome experience at the Wearhouse filling out my wedding ensemble. Robert was incredibly friendly and helpful, made shopping a breeze. Skip the mall and hit MW!
I have been to this location several times over the last three years and I love going there. One feels welcome to roam, but there is always somebody on hand to help out if one, for instance, doesn't know how a flat cap should fit, or how to tie a length of pocket silk. I went in today and was helped by a gentleman named Robert. He was extremely helpful, courteous and diligent. I left with everything I needed and it was a pleasant experience throughout. I will always come here so long as I am able.
Great customer service. You can tell the employees care about their customers. The gentleman helping us with wedding suits made sure everyone had everything they needed. They did a great job with all the suits. The store is very clean too and organized.
I had a great experience. Not pressured into anything, but really nice job letting me know the sale items. I walked in for a shirt, and walked out with three shirts and some jeans.
