Where do I start... First let me say it's Always a great personal experience when shopping at PSL.. The owner (Keisha) is very professional and down to earth. Ms. Tinisha, the stylist 5 ud83cudf1f's for her! Every time I shop, she's super helpful, knows my style, body type and most importantly she's knows what's in the store to satisfy my needs. Shopping Black is important in the community and PSL is worth every dollar.nnThank you.
When I first went I did not have a great experience. One of the girls was very rude to me so I haven't been in like 3 years. I seen a Beautiful skirt though and couldn't resist, so I ordered 2 online. One of the skirts were out of stock and I was refunded right away. Keisha also went the extra mile of sending my skirt priority mail and added some earrings in the package *which was Well packaged* as well as 2 15% off coupons. I must say, this really made a satisfied customer and I will order again. I appreciate how she went above and beyond. Great customer service!
My favorite place to shop in Boston! Staff is Always friendly and helpful when I need a special outfit that you won't catch everyone else wearing! Trendy and Affordable!!!
