Texas Steakhouse

Service was great. They had some amazing food options. I didn't love my first dish, so they brought out a new dish, super fast and it was AMAZING! We tried 2 different appetizers had 3 fantastic meals and our bill was still less than $60! Great prices foe the food you get. Lots of fresh veggies and salad options as well as your favorite steakhouse staples. Certainly going back!!!

Do not order curbside from this restaurant. Texas Steakhouse of Princeton You will not receive your food in the 20-30 minutes as promised. You will be sitting outside for well over an hour past the latest food prep time that is promised. No matter how many times you call, you will receive the message that this line is busy because they take the phone off the hook. After waiting an hour and a half, you will walk inside to pick up that curbside order only to realize that they have never even started preparing your order. If you walk back outside and continue trying to call and are lucky enough to get a call processed and request to speak to the manager; the girl who works the door will put you on hold, then she will hang up the phone. When the manager is eventually informed and she demands that they prepare the order; the food that you will receive is old and too cold to eat. This has happened to us numerous times and today was the last time. The manager stated that she would refund our money because this is a repetitive problem. However, nothing has been refunded. Do yourself a favor and go to Outback Steakhouse. The food costs more but it tastes better, it is freshly prepared, they never exceed the promised time for an order to be prepared, you will be able to eat it, and will not be going inside the restaurant and begging them to cook an order that was supposed to be prepared two hours ago.

Placed a pickup order today. After waiting for curbside for 10 minutes after arrival, went inside and waited 10 more for them to acknowledge and then get it together for me. Get home and my meal not only was missing the side, it was the one with an upcharge (loaded fries), which I never get but had a taste for today. Tried to call the restaurant because they always say, why didn't you call? Because no one answered after 15 rings. Was really looking forward to this meal as a treat. The food we received was good, so the three stars.

I ordered online and it was super easy. When I picked up my food it was ready for pick-up fresh and hot. I was skeptical ordering online at a steakhouse thinking the steak might not be as good since but I was wrong. Everything in my order was to perfection. My family was pleased. I also liked that they were helping people keep safe by offering a coupon for pick up. So they provide amazing food at great prices and helped keep my family safe. The kind lady who brought my food out was professional and thanked me for my business. She even left a coupon for a free dessert on my families next order. This place has really gone downhill since last I was here. service was very slow. fall off the bone ribs were hot on the outside cold on the inside. they got my order wrong and the french fries were cold and rubbery. You're response was faster than your service...you had your chance.nnI tried again since I'm a local. Apparently there is only one person in this establishment that can mix a drink. If they are busy too bad. For employees sitting at a table chatting including one manager but they can't mix a drink.nn12/8/2020 now that they have a new bartender there may be hope for this place. I'll keep Tab on it.
