I came in with a rotator cuff injury that made it difficult to reach things or even sleep. I’m now able to do just about everything I could before the injury and can now sleep with no pain. I’m so happy I avoided surgery. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I recommend them to anyone!

I am a person with a brain injury. First Settlement Physical Therapy offers all 3 therapies I require for my rehabilitation in one place. With my severe neurological deficits I receive a patient centered care plan that was created specifically for me. I continue to make progress and feel like a member of the FSPT family!

I have been a client of FSPT here in South Charleston several times. Each and every session I have ever attended has been first rate. This last time I was there for knee strengthening exercise. They helped beyond my expectations. I am able to walk my dogs further now than in the last three years. The staff, as always, is professional, concerned, and very understanding. I don't know how they do it but they do. They always make you do more than you think you are capable of and you will work every minute of the hour you are there. Then slowly, you find yourself doing more and more and on it goes.
