I had total knee replacement on December 7, 2020 and had my first evaluation on December 10, 2020. I began my therapy on December 14, 2020 and have continued to see the Physical Therapists three times a week since then. All of the therapists at First Settlement - Sissonville have been more than helpful, amazing and wanting me as a patient to accomplish my goals to be totally flexible and be able to use my right leg/knee as I did in the past but without pain. All of the therapist have gone way beyond what is required of them to assist me in reaching my goal. They encourage me to reach higher levels of flexibility and strength but with compassion and understanding. Thank you so much to the entire staff at First Settlement Physical Therapy at Sissonville, WV

The staff is wonderful and easy to work with. I will definitely go back to this location if PT is needed again. Very convenient, easy access. I would highly recommend

First knee replacement on August 14 at age 72. In addition to hearing wonderful reviews from friends about this location, it is close to home. I cannot say enough about the professional, caring staff of this facility. From Tonya who greeted guests, scheduled appointments, and disinfects between clients, to the therapists themselves, Ronda, Trever, Jessica, and the PT student, Kaylee, they were all very helpful. They induced pain, of course, but I could see steady progress in developing mobility and strength, both of which are so important. I looked forward to their encouragement and their instruction that came with each visit. Although I do not look forward to having a second knee replaced soon, I will be selecting FSPT for my recovery therapy in November as well. I look forward to many years of long walks with my wife with my new high-functioning hardware. My hat's off to Sissonville FSPT, and I recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Very impressed by the knowledge of every employee that helped me through my therapy. Everyone was very friendly and polite,but the thing I was really impressed with was I believe they really enjoy their job which makes them very good at what they do.

The staff is excellent! Everyone is professional and kind. I watched everything get thoroughly disinfected after every client.nTrevor was so good working with my little boy, who was really nervous his first visit. Now that he is done with therapy I think he is going to miss going every week! We might have to pop in and say hi every now and then.nHighly recommend!
