Staff is always friendly and helpful. I rarely have to look for an item myself, as the staff almost always takes me to it.

As a former employee all I have to say is, owners are great people. But if your seeking a job with them, for the love of everything good get sent to any store but their Ripley location.nnThe management will prefer you to do their jobs. They talk behind your back about the work your doing. Constantly allow some very select few to pretty much do whatever they want, and oh it's your job to fill in. When you complain about small stuff like having to stay over and give people breaks without being paid, having to come in early because you care about doing a good job (unpaid) to catch up on the failures of those selective few, manager that works less and has less initiative and work ethic then the people supposedly under him or a truck pulling in to be unlaoded, and the manager decides he has better stuff to do like run to a dog pound and leave you swamped. Your met with get over it from the guy who is a back boneless dm, who rather make excuses then fix anything.nnSo yeah if it sounds great to you go ahead and apply. Get with a hardware guy for training and do what I should have done when I started. Believe everything he tells you and try to laugh. It's a dumpster fire, revolving door and disaster all rolled up into one.nnOh and lastly this place would have a horrible review rating if not for all the 5 star reviews (Reviews given by higher up employees I should say.) So yeah take those with a gain of salt.nnSigned the guy with the calf tattoos.

Place needs new management. Staff is great and very knowledgeable.

IT SAD THEY FIRE A EMPLOYEE FOR LOOKING FOR ANORTHER JOB. THATS JUST PRETTY LOW DOWN . IT JUST SHOWS THAT THEY HAVE KNOW APPRICATION FOR AN EMPOLYEE THAT WAS THERE ALL THE TIME. BUT HE STATES ON FACEBOOK THE FACTS ABOUT MANAGEMENT NOT BEING FAIR AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO LOOK FOR A NEW JOB. I DONT BLAME YOU THEN BRANNDON. BUT THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT TO FIRE YOU. I KNOW ONE THING , I WONT STEP FOOT BACK INTO THEIR STORES AT ALL. SO TAKE NOTE. THIS PLACE TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES UNFAIRLY. JUST ASK BRANNDON.

Manager is incompetent, was a decent place but has since went down hill since allowing donald to run that store
