Love this place!! Food is always so good!! Great people working there Please open back up we miss it plus best place around her to eat by far!! I'm sick of the other places!! We need a steak!!
The service was great, I have loved PONDEROSA STEAK HOUSE, ALL MY LIFE.,, My father used to take me there when I was a young boy, Tuesday night was family night,you could get a rib-eye steak dinner for .99 cents, we would go through the line, place our order, I would eat my steak dinner, my father would give me another dollar and would go get a second rib eye steak dinner. Always have great memories of my father,,when I am at ponderosa
Was well pleased with the food quality and excellent service. The prime rib that I have been wanting to try and finally did was excellent. Today is my wife's and my anniversary and was not disappointed. A+++
Not as good as I remember it being, the one in Beckley closed about 20 years ago or so. Service was great though
Fast service, extremely clean environment, the hottest most tasteful hot bar I've had in several months waitress was extremely courteous and prompt five stars!
