Me and my partner purchased 2 tickets for San Antonio and the bus was delayed an hour. To make the experience even better we got on the bus and a lady was on our seats. We told her it was our seats and she said no they’re mine I’m from piedras negras. And the same thing happened to my partners cousin as well. So my partners cousin was moved. My partner & I got off because there were no seats and got our money back. Terrible.
Terrible experience. We bought 2 tickets for san antonio, it said we wouldve leave at 11:40 & the bus got there at 12:40. Then we got on & there was already people in our seats & they just told me to wait an hour for another bus. Worst experience ever.
I give it a one star because of the prices always changing and the bus that I take always drive so slow and drives bad too the bus is really old I have been using this buses for years hoping that they would try and get new ones but the only thing they did is change location to a bigger building if they going to change prices every time I expect new buses
Good travels
Horrible they stop every where .. my trip normally takes 16 hrs and they took 21 hrs .. 1st and last time
