Just watched a video of one of your officers treating a member of the public in a very professional and courteous manner. The officer even admitted when he was wrong and wished the man a good night. There was never an attempt to ID the citizen, aside from running the plate to confirm vehicle not stolen. He (the officer) logically assumed since the plate wasn't stolen this was the owner. Well done, you guys. In this day and age of rogue cops, and soooooo much bad publicity through youtube videos, it's a really refreshing and enlightening to see an officer who respects the public, doesn't overstep his legal authority, and even can admit he was wrong. You people are really training your guys right and it shows. I can only assume it reflects on the leadership shown in the ranks all the way up. Way to go Eagle Pass, much love and respect from me.
