Help me out a big deal on some speeding tickets. I almost had to spend over 2 grand to get my tickets off my record and she saved me over $1,000. I also used her on a child support case and she did really good helping me out with that as well.

Can someone please explain to me how the rating is almost 5 stars? Unless it's because only the (less than 20) people that have had positive experiences are the only ones posting a rating?nnTell me how a paying client is still waiting for updates and responses? Yes, I understand Covid-19 is impacting everything and court cases so I wouldn't be surprised to hear of cases being drug out or moving slowly. BUT what I am surprised about is that you cannot contact your clients to provide them updates. Ok, you can't do that because you have to many clients? How about returning the calls for the clients that are repeatedly calling you just asking for an update or something. It's been months since we've spoken. You can't find the time to call me back? Then provide an update to your secretary so that when I talk to her AGAIN, she can give me the update.nnAt this point I am unclear if my case is moving, if you're still working on it, what you are waiting on, if it's Covid you're waiting on (which may be sticking around for a while) so are we creating a contingency plan, or are we just completely taking my money and doing nothing?nnIf it sounds like I am frustrated, I am. We're talking SEVERAL months of no call backs, missed appointments, and no updates which has left me resorting to this which I probably won't see a response to. At this point I am unsure how to proceed.nnI don't feel like I am being unreasonable. Of course I would like my case finalized and done but I realize it doesn't happen when you blink your eyes. But I would like some communication.
