Nice one-night stop over while traveling across Texas. New owner is very friendly and helpful. Walks you to your site and makes sure everything is working well. Can't beat the price. Wifi was great. Bathrooms were locked while we were there so can't comment on those. There were a few nails and screws on the ground near our site probably from a construction worker so just be careful.

Very conveniently located, easy access, nice size spots, some trees, FHUs and are currently updating services. Good customer service and very accommodating. Good stopping place while crossing the Great State of Texas. When the improvements are done this will be a 4 Star.

Great overnight, 20, cheapest we could find. Staff wonderful. Just basic gravel, full hookups . Safe. Quick on and off. Easy access and plenty room.

A nice convenient rv park right off I 10. Full hookups with new electric. Great value, run by very nice people.

Great place for an overnight stop! Great location! Right off I-10 and close to a Flying J has station.nVery friendly staff! $20 cash!!
