Our family of seven has been to a few dentists over the years in Norfolk and in Bristol counties. We have never come across a Dental Practice that has exceeded our expectations in all essential areas! From the front desk staff who are warm, welcoming and efficient, to the hygienists who are extremely thorough and knowledgeable in their field, to my very favorite Dentist I have ever met: Dr. Sun, who blows me away each time I visit her practice with her professional and charismatic bedside manner! Not only do I leave there with my teeth feeling extremely clean, I am confident and Dr. Suns professional abilities and I know my family and I will always be in good hands!!
I felt more than safe going into the office, staff practiced the latest protocols, explained what they were doing, put me on a path to get my teeth in the best shape possible and I left feeling better about my dental health prospects.
Norfolk Dental is the best. Everyone is so kind from the secretaries to the dental hygienists. I have called twice in the past year with pain and they make sure you are treated right away. Dr. Sun goes out of her way to accommodate you. I cannot say enough of what a great dental practice this is!!
Meghan explained everything she was going to do in my appointment so I was aware. You see, I waited 4 years to see the dentist. I had done a good job but still needed a professional cleaning. Meghan was patient with me,made recommendations and the Doctor said I have no cavities.YES! I will be back :)
megan at Norfolk dental does a fantastic job of cleaning teeth; NO PAIN!!!! she is so gentle and gets the job done and I just relax thank you so much. also dr sun is so good she has a real can do mind set and her work on my implants was fantastic. where others had failed she was able to complete the work!!!!! it is really great to have a team like this that you can count on !!!!! thank you
