2 days agonnSo, as long as you're attended by someone other than the African woman in the store, service runs smoothly. She, however, seems to have no patience for the needs of customers. This lady will brusquely answer your question, giving the impression she want you to buzz off. On two separate occasions I got this treatment, so its no fluke. And can someone please explain how a ghost town like Orogrande has a dang post office and Horizon City doesn't??
Do not go here to get anything notarized!!!! The girl was helpful and nice. Then charged $48 for 2 documents (4 signatures)!!! Guess it was our fault for not asking prices first. Just never expected to pay $48! Makes me sick!
Horrible service by the African/asian lady. She is extremely rude. Had a long line of people waiting and was doing a million things at once. She didn’t fill our notarized paper properly and when we went back said “you could do it its so easy” when its her job! Also printed some papers we needed and since she was in a hurry she didn’t print them correctly to fit the size of the paper and when we asked her to correct them she got super mad and went on a rant and refused to fix them. Worst service ever would give 0 stars if possible. Whoever the owner of that place is needs to fire her or straighten her out or will continue losing customers.
