Good service and lots of choices.
Extremely helpful as always! Managed very well and employees are wonderful.
Understand that you are doing us a service by offering curbside pick up but no need to be this rude as though you are giving stuff for free. I called last week and picked up something and today they have changed rules that we need to pick up from the car and the lady yelled at me for standing despite maintaining 10 feet distance. Our businesses is what is keeping your store open and paying all of you during these tough times so please understand that. If you change rules inform customers when we call
JoAnn's Online messed up my fabric order. I went to the store and they took care of me and special ordered the replacement fabric. They were supposed to call me when it came in to the store but they never did. I had to call them to verify that it was there. Disappointed that I had to do that.
I ordered fabric online to pickup in store. I picked the wrong store which is about 75 miles from me. I called the store ane the Manager sent it to me that same day! She was so polite and understanding!! FIVE STARS TO HER AND HER STAFF!!!!
