Owner was very responsive and helpful. Price was good. ($25 for a night) Water pressure and voltage great. He has 30 amp and 50 Amp plugs.nnThere is nothing at all on the property of interest. Just an empty lot in a neighborhood, but you don't come to Quitaque for the nightlife, you come for the park which is 5 mins away. If the park RV sites are full this place gets the job done!
