Badge #1009 completely unprofessional officer. Was parked in my 18 wheeler in a legal parking spot and was awaken by this individual at midnight Sunday telling me I had to move. I informed him I was in a legal area to park he said no your not I say it's illegal to park here so you have to move. Then threatened me with towing. Made me move illegally since I was out of hours. A true unprofessional in his profession most def reporting to Dot as I videoed the whole ordeal.

Overall a good department just some bad apples that need to get sued and fired! One of them is Investigator Elizondo, he gets his feelings hurt easily!

Had a issue back when someone break in without noticing who break onto our home to steal tools from there, the response time was PRETTY FAST (altough i didnt made the call about a thief breaking inside of it) i got into a bit of a mistake thinking that a robber broke inside so i pulled a handgun and we were almost about to crossfire each other until i saw clearly they were cops, they warned about shooting instead of shooting without warning, i got cuffed, but in the end the real thief appeared hiding in the ceiling of a neighboring building.nnThey know how to handle things up at emergencies.

I would rate the officers a 5. According to my experience, they have responded fast to calls and are always willing to help and make you feel safe, BUT the people in the front desk are unprofessional and they never want to file reports, I went in with a victim with bruises and witnesses, but they said that was not sufficient for a report, OMG then they threw me out of there, after the fat that they rudely asked me to leave, they found out that I was a domestic violence victims advocate. In my opinion, the front desk personnel should be trained to provide better customer service and try to help, even if that requires more work for them, they are not paid the same as patrol for sitting there to look pretty, while men in blue out there risk their life.
