I was disappointed by the immigration services provided by Garcia and Ramirez. I didn't get a thorough plan of action and paid 1K only for them to go see my husband without any real follow through. Once I asked for my refund, they started developing strategies to handle my husband's case (not to mention the 8 week process to receive my refund). I decided to go with another law firm after, which provided my a plan as to how to handle my husband's case.nnI felt like my time was wasted and more importantly, time was going by as my husband was losing time.
