A young lady named Layla was helping with some questions regarding some safes and possible door locks i want to install in my house. Great experience! Fast response to phone calls and emails. Locked in a date to rekey our new house week of. The technician showed up on time and quickly got all doors rekeyed. Was very thorough and respectful of our home. Price was as quoted and fair.
Great info. Great people. Here’s the kicker. While they tried to get my new Mustang to talk to their computer (to program my replacement FOBs) I got to watch these guys take care of about 10 people. Each professionally. Each with implementable solutions. Each without regard to a low cost of 5 dollars or the guy with the safe for a couple thousand. Yes, these guys and gals are wonderful. No, they couldn’t make my defective FOBs work and they told me why. Probably 40 minutes invested in me - no charge. I recommend them.
Our truck was stolen and inside was the keys to our 1985 Airstream. We contacted Airstream and they said our model of locks are no longer manufactured. We took our Airstream to Michael's and within an hour, they made new keys for 5 locks. The guy that helped us was so professional and extremely knowledgable. I wish I remembered his name because I would definitely ask for him again. Thank you so much for helping us during a very stressful time.
