Frank Skipper is was the reason why my divorce proceedings were successful. Frank was always prepared and never misleading. Frank never told me what I wanted to hear which would have been easy. The best thing I can say about Frank is he did a thorough job quitting. He was very hard to reach by phone or email when he was under contract. Once he wanted to quit due to objections in his overinflated and false invoices he began to call and email quite often to get us to sign a release.

I hired Frank on recommendation to represent me and after a lengthy 22 months of off again-on again delay, part of which was brought on by my attempt to salvage my marriage, settlement was finally reached. Through the months, I found Frank to be appropriately aggressive and particularly thorough, the true nature of which was neither fully understood nor appreciated following the mediation. He is uniquely gifted and respected in the legal community from what I could ascertain and uniquely sensitive and understanding. These traits, and I say with all due respect, I fully believed beforehand to be largely atypical for the profession and therefore totally unexpected from Frank. Frank is the type of guy to make a deal, and than immediately walk back on his word. About as trustworthy as a snake in a jar. Dont expect much after you make your deposit. He will call, tell you Merry Christmas, than immediately bill you twice. $75 for the call and another $75 for having to write the invoice for calling you. A total joke

I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Skipper regarding my divorce this year. Their were a few complications on my end with my ex-husband, but Frank made everything so simplistic and literally held my hand through the entire process!
