I had a wonderful experience at Hefez & Sons in Walpole. They take pride in their work and their excellent customer service has kept my mother, sister-in-law, and will keep me coming back. As a meticulous person who doesn't normally wear jewelry, Lisa was very knowledgeable and very patient when it came to designing my engagement ring and wedding band. I will not go anywhere else for jewelry.

We cannot give enough praise to Hefez and Sons on working with us on our engagement rings and wedding bands. Their staff spent time with us to craft designs for both engagement rings that fit our personal styles while working within our budget. Once it was wedding time, we came back to design wedding bands that matched our engagement rings. Now we both have engagement ring and band sets that people really notice, and it didn't set us back an arm and a leg! They have guided my husband through some of the most important purchases he has made. I absolutely love going to Hefez Jewelers. Their jewelry is exquisite and their service cannot be surpassed. I've purchased a few pieces including a bracelet for my daughter which she has worn every day for over a year and it still looks brand new. And, I've had some top notch repairs done. Lisa and her group are so knowledgeable and truly care about providing the best, affordable options. Plus, they're a lot of fun!
