Needed my proof of insurance for a job application, so I called Turco insurance multiple times between 1:30- 2:30pm on Friday and I got a message stating to call back during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9-5....UM I did. No one picked up the phone. Extremely inconvenient, now I will have to wait until Monday. Great, thanks guys. I've been a customer of theirs since high school and now reconsidering.

These are the nicest insurance staff ever. They are always so helpful and never act like you should know how to do their job. The staff are all family and have been extremely helpful from when I was a new driver, to when my car was stolen in Boston, to accidents, to changing my last name and adding my husband. They are completely honest about deals you can get. I always feel like they're on my side.
