We came here to send a gift to my friend in Japan. The post officer who help me that day is a great lady. She was so nice to my kids. She helped me taped my box and explain for the custom delay might happen during Covid-19... in conclusion she gave me the best service. This is a good post office I have ever been. Thanks for your kindness.
Horrible drivers truck 8426942 almost hit a person was speeding and flipping people off. They refused to answer the phone and left me on hold past their closing to avoid me as a customer, they are the worst I will always recommend every carrier besides usps

The lady in the post office so rude . I lost some packages because they did not scan my packages when I dropped off . The reason when I asked the lady working here cause my labels was light out of ink so she didn’t want to type by hand the tracking number and complain about it to deny acceptance my packages at all. I went to Watauga Post office and they happily to receive and update my label by hand in computer. I know I will never go to Haltom Post office any more
You can only wonder how some Postal workers maintain their job. Inefficient delivery people talking on their phone even right at your front door. Delivering mail at the wrong street and numbered address. The powers that be obviously don’t read these reviews because if they did then THAT WOMAN would be out of a job. I do not get mail when my regular delivery man is off, not that he gets it right when he is here. The house next door has been empty for almost 2 years and it still gets my mail in that box plus my other neighbors and the house 2 streets over. I have a big notice to not leave pkgs in front of my door, they still do.
