Excellent staff - very knowledgeable and caring. Willing to work with patients while pushing them past their mental blocks. I always felt that the therapists had my best interest in mind and personalized the therapy to me on any given day. Highly recommend this location and staff!

If you are looking for a great rehabilitation place don’t hesitate to go to Premier Rehab Physical Therapy. I have had several knee replacements and have been to other rehab facilities but nothing compares to the great services that you receive at Premier. My knee had been swollen for three years and no one else considered that an issue. Ellen realized it immediately and started to work on it to reduce the swelling. After 18 sessions the swelling is almost gone and I am pain free. Along with my knee issue she also helped with rehab exercises for my hip and back. After three years of using a cane, I can finally walk without it. I am so greatful for the excellent services that they provided.

Premier Rehab is a very experienced, friendly team. I just completed rehab for an ankle replacement which is not very common. Dr Sarah Hesse did a fantastic job of helping me rebuild strength and stability. The team works together to support and help each other making sure the client is the priority. I highly recommend Premier Rehab.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional treatment at Premier Physical Therapy. When I needed physical therapy for hip and sciatic pain, I returned to the North Richland Hills Premier clinic 10 years after treatment following an auto accident. I asked for clinic Manager ELLEN MURRAY again. Ellen is outstanding. She is highly skilled, caring, and has the most amazing memory of anyone that I know. She remembered symptoms and small details about my progress. She advised me about what I can do at home to support my weekly PT sessions. She makes you feel like you are the most important patient she has. Yet while she is focused on you, she is constantly scanning the clinic to make sure that everything is running smoothly and genuinely cares about all patients and staff. The staff is upbeat and helpful. Tech Lisa has been especially helpful and fun. I highly recommend Premier and, given some chronic conditions, I expect I will need to return at some point in the future.

I go because I have vertigo. I’ve had it forever and two years ago my doctor found Ellen Murray to treat it. It has been what I call a miracle because it effects everything you do. There are no guarantees withnvertigo but with her help it was gone for a whole year. This has been such a blessing. My Mom had it her whole life and no one new how to treat it. I’m so glad to have this place. Everyone here is so nice and helpful.
