Great place to get some work done. Even in a pandemic, some libraries are open, some have limited hours, and others are still closed. This library is still functioning. The staff had worked hard to have such a great resource available to its patrons.
Wonderful staff, selection and atmosphere!
It was my 1st time to go to a Texas library, so I didn't have a card. The ladies were so nice and polite and helped me get in and out quickly. It was a wonderful experience.
The staff and librarians do their job very well here and the seating and study areas are nice, however my three star rating does not regard to anything negative about the staff or decor of the library. Some of the people who go here are weird and some would stare at you and sometimes make me question the safety of this library...recently a woman once gave me the stank face for no reason I could think of while I was sitting comfortably at my table unbothered and it was just really bizarre. I’ve been going here for 10 years and I’m getting somewhat used to these disturbances but also at the same time I’m getting tired of it.
I love how the librarian are always up and running right when you walk in.The selection of books are enormous,if they don't have the book your looking for they will personally order it for you.(personal experience)..sometimes they get it from other libraries.
