Joshua Graham Trial Lawyers

Mr Joshua Graham does not know how to act in court. He interrupts the judge, he belittles witnesses who are on the stand, quote on quote, by saying they are acting ignorant. I felt like I was at a circus watching him in court. The judge should have held him in contempt by the way he was acting, judge yelling at him didn’t help. I would never recommend you either, there are plenty of other attorneys who “win” and I would use one of those, that have some class. Your client may have “won” primary custody, but you did a horrible job proving your case, even the judge said. They are handling a custody/guardianship case concerning my deceased daughter & her absent missing dad. They made a lot of promises to get my business and once they received my money nothing happened. I've left messages called the office & the only thing I get is the run around & promises to call me back. DO NOT use these people.nThey're bootleg... Told me I had a good case took my case. During the 2.5yrs that he was my so called lawyer I went months without being able to get a hold of my lawyer for answers Left voicemails emails ect. Only time I got a call was when it was time they needed a payment. 2.5 yrs over $6k I paid and got a letter in the mail from Joshua saying he was no longer representing me. I asked for a refund since he did absolutely noting in 2.5 years but was ignored I understand if we lost or told we had a weak case from a judge but we never once talked to a judge or arbitrator nothing. I went to the office for answers since I could never get ahold of them and joshua would not even come out and talk to me face to face. Dudes a joke took my money and did absolutely nothing but cause me more stress then the situation I was already in. I should have used my gut feeling when at first I told him everything going on and they sent the demand letter to a company in Wisconsin instead of the actual company in Fort Worth. Haha beware of this law firm. Good luck also I was refered to him by the tarrant County bar association wich turned out to be no help as wellnnWell you wernt that disappointed or you would have reimbursed me something for wasting 2.5yrs of my life and giving me the run around instead of just telling me to my face at the begining to find someone else. Just about getting that money like all the other reviews say.

I was so scared when my situation came up Mr graham and his assistants truly had compassion for me never knowing me he worked diligently and always answerd and kept me informed i was in the military 13 years and came home after a sandbox problem saying that to say id follow him anywhere court room or combat thank you sirnnMuch love

I would only give 1 star, they were only interested in taking my money. They were nice at first, but after they got my money, they stopped communicating and wouldn't answer my calls. The first case was dismissed, the second trial was ended when they didn't have the dates and proper details. Now they say that a new law came out making it likely that I will lose the case and owe even more money. I hope no one else has to have this bad experience. If you go to them you are taking a big risk!
