During the winter storm 2/21. Hurst city took care of us well at the central junior high school. I stayed 2 nights and they had good food hot tea. I am so thankful.

Very nice. Phone set up in lobby for contact. Immediately answered by very polite lady. Told her why we were there, within 5 minutes, the man we wanted was there. Very polite, took what we brought and was taking it to the person in the fire department for us.

I downloaded the city’s new app a few nights ago and made my first official request for service today regarding a broken down car down the street that was all burnt up and how bad it looked & I got a very quick response from the city via email and when I drove by 24 hrs after the original report was made, thru the app. The car had been towed and was gone. Thank you for your quick action City of Hurst.
